Sean W. Chin
Sean W. Chin is currently a 4th-year doctoral student in the Industrial & Organizational Psychology program. His research interests include occupational health, training and development, as well as diversity and inclusion. His current research primarily revolves around how technology-related stressors can negatively impact employee experiences and organizational outcomes. Originally from Miami, Florida, he enjoys playing tennis and traveling with his dog, Ellie, in his free time.

Madiha Qasim
Madiha Qasim is a third-year doctoral student in the Industrial-Organizational Psychology program at North Carolina State University. Her research interests include occupational health, specifically focused on organizational communication behaviors and their impact on employee behaviors and experiences. Dominique Foster
Dominique Foster is a second-year doctoral student in the Industrial-Organizational Psychology program. His professional experiences span across consulting, organizational research, and people analytics. His research interests include supervisor support; newcomer experiences; and the psychological, affective, and behavioral outcomes of interpersonal experiences at work.

Jasmine Lee
Jasmine Lee is a first-year doctoral student in the Industrial-Organizational Psychology program at North Carolina State University. Her research interests include occupational health, specifically focused on mental health within the workplace, as well as diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
